Creating a community of strength, support, and wellness.
Since 2000, WSW has provided support groups for women experiencing domestic violence, substance use, and the incarceration of loved ones. Our efforts have evolved to provide human services in under-served communities in the Inland Empire (San Bernardino and Riverside Counties).
We envision a future where every woman and family in under-resourced communities has the opportunity to thrive, free from the cycles of trauma, poverty, and incarceration. Through empowerment, education, and support, we aim to create resilient communities where lasting change is achieved and sustained for generations.
Safe place for individuals to share their personal experiences and gain insight into coping strategies. Support group topics include domestic violence, women's empowerment, and incarceration.
Advocates are available to provide supportive services such as ID reduced/waived costs, bus passes, housing navigation, and workshops to increase opportunities and assist with financial hardship assistance. We offer resources and linkages to assist individual needs.
Join us for an exhilarating experience in a lively and empowering atmosphere, where you will have the opportunity to listen to inspirational women speakers, access on-site resources, and even participate in free raffles. Don't miss out on this chance to be a part of something truly special!
Women Strengthening Women has had a positive impact not only on my family member but as well as the family unit. Someone that I deeply care about was going through a really hard time, she didn't expect to get to this place but it just sort of happened where she just felt like she was at rock-bottom, she lost her self and she couldn't figure out a way out. It was really hard for myself to see my loved one going through what they had went through, but I knew that there could be a way out and I knew that things could change and I knew that this wouldn't last forever. With the help of Women Strengthening Women, this organization was able to help this person that I care about; a person who went through domestic violence abuse. They were able to give her hope and give her support which is something that she needed, they provided her resources and a community; women strengthening women community. Not only did it help my loved ones but they helped me as well and I would recommend it to anyone who may need it. What this organization does and stands for is truly amazing. The lives that they are able to transform and renew is priceless.
